We spent the evening exploring downtown Springfield, turning their session into a fun little date night and capturing the quiet, genuine moments that make their relationship so special. There’s something so beautiful about photographing two people who have grown up together and now get to look forward to forever.
These two were so comfortable together, and I especially loved the way Tori lit up whenever she caught Koby looking at her. I had the best time with them and can’t wait to see them again next summer as they officially become husband and wife!

Over the last 15 years of documenting my couples on the best day of their lives, I’ve met so many amazing people who quickly turned into friends. I hope that can be our story, too.
On the rare occasion that I’m not capturing a special moment, you can catch me spending my time with an incredible man who makes me laugh until I cry. I also tend to believe that a house is not a home until paw prints paint the floors. And admittedly, I cry at most movies, especially the romantic ones. Editing days consist of Dr. Pepper and take-out, while days off require country drives and visiting local wineries to listen to live music and take in a golden sunset. Hands down, it’s one of the best parts about Central Illinois.
